How should I care for my raw denim jeans?
To preserve the unique character of your A.P.C. raw denim, we recommend wearing them as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, dry clean or hand wash in cold water with a specialized detergent, and always air dry.
What is the Butler Program?
The Butler Program allows customers to exchange their worn-in, faded A.P.C. raw denim for a new pair at half price. The returned jeans are then washed, repaired, and resold as unique 'Butler' pieces.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery times vary by region, generally taking 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international shipping.
What is your return policy?
Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as final sale goods, are not eligible for return.
