A.P.C. offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our online return portal to enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
